These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DemoDub ("Service"), operated by mTargets Maciej Grabek ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
DemoDub is a screen recording tool that helps you create product demos with AI-generated voiceover. The Service provides script creation, text-to-speech generation, screen recording, and video assembly.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

You retain ownership of the scripts, recordings, and videos you create using the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content for training AI models or for any purpose other than delivering the Service to you.
The Service uses third-party AI providers (OpenAI for text-to-speech, Anthropic for script assistance) to generate content. AI-generated voiceover and script suggestions are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before use.

The Service, its design, code, and branding are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service. The Chrome extension is provided solely for use with the Service.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and your data may be deleted after a reasonable period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
